Physician Partners of America Pain Relief Group – Carrollwood relocating to USF area

TAMPA (Nov. 6, 2017) – In order to better serve its patients in a central location, Physician Partners of America Pain Relief Group will relocate its Carrollwood practice at 3622 Madaca Lane to its existing, company-owned building next to the University of South Florida main campus on Dec. 13.

Carissa Stone, M.D., and Nioma Brown, ARNP, will continue to serve their patients at the new location, 3450 E. Fletcher Ave., Suite #350, Tampa, FL 33613. Patient records will also be moved on that date. The phone and fax numbers will remain the same. Phone: (813) 961-1314; Fax: (813) 961-1315.

The Fletcher Avenue location is already home to Abraham Rivera, M.D. and Mauricio Orbegozo, M.D., testing laboratories and the Patient Rx pharmacy. Dr. Stone’s office will be larger and parking more plentiful, making for a better patient experience.
