I've been coming here for over a year and everyone I've dealt with has been great. Dr Creighton and Lindsay or both professional and caring. I recentley had injections by Creighton and seem to be working great. I did have an issue with fixing a prescription that took all day, but they explained they were busy and they would have it remedied by the end of the day. Highly recomend for ankylosing spondilitis and arthritis issues!

I was seen at the Richardson office, which is a 122-mile drive for me (agonizing enough)! The office staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, but the doctor is another story! Dr. Creighton was very rude, condescending, and arrogant. I am a chronic pain patient that suffered terribly through chemotherapy, lost 20% muscle mass, had the chemicals eat away the protective bone covering on my bones and joints, and it left me in agonizing pain. So, I went to see Dr. Creighton about getting my pain medication because I had lost my previous pain doctor as he was no longer practicing. I had never before encountered a doctor so condescending and uncaring as Doctor Creighton, so it was a complete waste of time for me! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! As soon as he walked in the door, he ridiculed my last pain doctor and he told me to put some rice in a sock and heat it in a microwave and to put that on my painful areas, but he offered nothing else. I got charged a huge amount for the office visit, but I did not go there for him to tell me to put some rice in a sock! I have never encountered such unprofessionalism anywhere before! I recently had a concussion and was placed in the hospital, and after having seen doctors there while hospitalized was given some pain medication. I told him about that and he ridiculed me. I am seriously thinking about filing Medicare fraud on this doctor. I don't think he cares about his patients at all! If he treats his other patients this way, then I feel sorry for them! I never want to see this guy again!

Stupid me I decided to give this place another try. My appointment was at 10:30 we arrived at 9:50 and I did not get seen until 11:45!! I had all the new patient paperwork completed and brought it to the appointment and it still took forever for me to see the doctor! I had some medications that my other pain doctor had sent to me by mistake. We brought the medicine so he can tell me what the medicine is for. He then asked if he could keep one of the medications and I said that was fine because I wasn't gonna use it. So he decides that I needed a nerve block and does not give me any medication. The exam that he did hurt so bad I asked him to stop and he kept on! When we left I was in so much pain from him being rough on me. I went out to the parking lot and cried. Dr. CREIGHTON is a horrible doctor!I'm still hurting from what he did. I thought it was weird that he didn't prescribe me medication but he took some of my medication to use for himself! What doctor takes somebody else's medication? This is so unacceptable!! Also he told me that he could do the nerve walk in the office but then when we were leaving I was told it had to be in a surgery center So that was really confusing to me also. Don't go to this doctor it's a waste of time! I am in a ton of pain from the appointment and so upset about how this doctor treated me! 9 months ago I was asked to arrive at my appointment 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. My appointment was at 3:00 and I got there at 2:15. Come 4:15 had not been seen. Nobody told me he was behind I had to ask and was told I still had one patient in front of me. Felt like the office people could call less that I was there. I was feeling bad and in a ton of pain. So we left without seeing the doctor! They didn't even call me after I left. So very upset about my experience. The floor of the room was dirty got grossed out because there was black hair on the floor! The nurse used a head thermometer to take my temperature. I told her that they are not correct on me and that I had one in my purse and my temperature is 99.7 and I feel like I am getting another kidney infection. She seemed to not care.

Staff is excellent. Very professional & informative. I like Dr Creighton. Medical assistants are great. Only been there twice so far so I don't know how well it helped. I was able to get some pain meds that's very helpful until I find out if the injections work. The only complaint I have so far is a long wait before being seen.

My left arm was torn from my body in a car accident in 2002. I've had an anesthesiologist tell me that cortisone injections will not help. I went to the clinic for help with my neuropathy. The pain is sometimes unbearable. I spent a good 20 minutes speaking with the physician's assistant. He had every excuse in the book to not prescribe me anything for my pain. He said his agenda was to discharge me (before he considered treating me). He was rude, had terrible conduct and unacceptable behavior, as far as bedside manner goes, and he accused me of breaking the law and proceeded to threaten me by using the phrase "in a court of Law." Yet I had and have not broken any laws. After this he became so unnerved that he stormed out of the room and in a raised voice said "you are discharged." He also did not prescribe me the medication he promised to prescribe (during our conversation); my neurontin and Zanaflex. He is absolutely the worst practitioner/assistant I have ever encountered. Prescribed and auto-filled medication they knew we were allergic to, numerous times. Sent our insurance over $6,000 in prescription billing we did not authorize. Reported for fraud. Office also on our last day "settled" all outstanding balances with us. I.e. any office visits not paid for, only to get reported on our credit for not paying a remaining $200 in office fees we do not owe for. Constantly recommend expensive treatments not covered by many insurers, and prescribed medications we actually refused in office. (Automatically filled by a mail based pharmacy.) They also do not see you until almost an hour after the appointment time.

Sir: This is a serious matter that needs further review. However, the staff at Richardson is unable to identify you through your email address alone. If you would be so kind as to email me at mhickman@physicianpartnersoa.com, our management team has been alerted to this and is ready to investigate. Thank you, Marie Hickman

These professionals are just that, professional. They do not judge, they only want to find ways to help you live a better life with less pain. I've only ever had one bad experience with one office manager at the McKinney location and I made sure to correct her behavior before I left the same day because she was not going to undermine the excellence in patient care for an entire practice.

I absolutely love Dr Wiley, He listens to what you have to say about your pain issues. I believe he truly cares about his patients. I go to the office in Richardson. There is a young lady named Jasmine that works there. She goes above what is required of her. She is very polite , sweet & always has a smile on her face. There is another young lady that works check in . She very rarely has a smile on her face & she isn't polite at all. So it's nice to see Jasmines beautiful smile after dealing with the young lady at check in.

The physicians are fine, but I resent having to fill out a form that duplicates the information they already have on the second page! Checking to verify that nothing has changed makes sense; filling out unnecessary forms is an exercise in frustration!

I was seeking a new Pain Management with a Group of clinics and found Texas Pain Relief Group in Richardson. They treated me with respect, looked at my MRI's from the past and discussed my case intelligently. On my first appointment, I did have to go to the N. Dallas location but it was not that far away from the Richardson office. It was all around a great experience and I will be a patient of this clinic for a long time.

The WORST experience of my life with a doctor's office, BEWARE. Nurse practitioner Gary Lindsey was creepy, extremely unprofessional, and had a temper problem. He decided to throw things when he didn't like the fact that I did not want to see him as my physician. DO NOT GO HERE.
