Interventional pain management specializes in an array of pain blocking techniques. Many of the techniques that our board-certified physicians use are in the form of injection therapies. Our goal is to provide you with a precise diagnosis of why you have pain with the goal of beginning treatment immediately.

We are not content to simply prescribe medication or recommend that our patients just go to physical therapy. In our arlington-based texas pain relief clinic we use all sources of treatment to eliminate your pain.

I've been going here for several months, I always arrive early. I've never been seen on time, always 45 minutes to an hour after my appt.time; just to be seen for only a few minutes. I've called the script refill line numerous times and left message concerning refills. To this day I've not received a call, I ran out of meds few days ago. The place is clean;that's it and the receptionist is ok. I'm seriously considering going somewhere else. My appt was at at 1:30 today and it's now 2:10 and haven't been seen yet

ok so i went for my first visit. i told dr i have had MRI and X Ray images she told me she was going to request them, when i went to the second appointment she still did not have the images she said that they havnt sent to her, bit she didnt tell me anything like " do not come to appointment, i dont have your images" so i got there they charge me again so she gave me another appointment. While then i went to the places where images were taken and i asked " have anyone ask for my images?" they said " no one has asked for your images" so i. asked for a copy for myself to keep and cancell the appointment . im very disappointed abouy this dr.

found my son dead on last Monday. this Monday had an appt. Sent myself to wrong place. had to walk 4 block in the rain. still could not be seen. I waiting to see when i do reschedule will I be seen in a timely manner

So far, TPRG in Arlington, have not met my expectations as a patient nor they have provided me with a competent treatment plan! Nevertheless, the facility is clean and front desk staff are truly dedicated to customer service.

They run a urine and swab test to "check your DNA and offer the best medication for your genes" sounds like another scam to milk money out of medicare, I wish they stop doing that. The wait time, facilities and staff are great, the wait times rasonable ( this is a medical facility, that is the reason we are called "patients". The doctors are good but they will not give a lot of pain medication, now with the opiod crisis everybody thinks that eldery, war veterans got their lifelong pain cured... its a great place for your basic needs, just say no to the DNA saliva test.

My mother was told by JPS that they could do nothing for her back. Dr rivera told her to never lose hope. He foubd something and it worked so amazing. Eventually they will do surgery. But from not being able to walk stright up or even do dishes, she was finally able to hold her head up high and her faith and quality of life was restored.

I have had to wait upwards of 3 hours each time I've had an appointment! It's unbelievable and unacceptable. The doctors and physician assistants are nice, but communication is lacking very much between the front office and the doctors. I've called and asked to be contacted, and NEVER receive a call back. Also, this office doesn't complete FMLA paperwork! Why would I take my paperwork to my family practice doctor to complete, when he has NOTHING to do with my chronic pain issues and visits? This should not happen! Very disappointed!

December 15, 2017 I was scheduled to have what they call the " next step" low back injection in their Hurst ambulatory surgery center with doctor Rivera ,but that appointment didn't have even the time for arrival.It was my first consultation visit with doctor Rivera at the Arlington clinic, he requested a "next step" injection for my low back,he is a good ,experienced physician .I was given an appointment date of December 15, 2017 but no time yet for that procedure. As I was told I was expecting that someone will call,text or email for my appointment time ,this didn't happen.I didn't receive any call ,or any voice mail.I called Arlington clinic on December 16,2017 to ask what's went wrong with my appointment ,and I learned that I was marked as now show for that appointment. But there's no appointment without the arrival time .If you forget to call and give me an appointment time,that's not my fault, it's not a "no show",it's just a work neglect from your staff at the Arlington office.Today I called that same Arlington office and spoke with a person (lady)who was very unhelpful.They may have good doctors, but not a competent staff to help them with their patient needs.It's really frustrating.

Can is give less than one star? This group will not tell you their name when you call because they don't want you know know whom is lying to you. They do not give any scripts after hours or on weekends and twice I have been assured that I would have my medication and it was a lie both times. Never been treated so horrible in my life. I have called the after care doctor who isn't a doctor, I have tried to file a complaint with an on line person who was not there. If you need to speak to your doctor then you are sol. Answering service informed me that they treat everyone this way. With all the choices you have in DFW I can't see why anyone would put up with this snot. I have a new appointment with a doctor in a different clinic later this month. Check your reviews against the names on your insurance coverage and pass over the Texas Pain Relief group all together. Their other clinics are not any better than this one.

So here we go again with a nightmare in the office. No one will listen to you or believe that you have any idea what you might be speaking about. The gave me a new script. Got to walgreens no meds. Called to find out even though I had seen them at 9 AM they had until 5 PM to put the script in. I called my insurance and the new med was not covered. Called back asking for something else and they demanded they had to send it through as my word in calling my insurance co wasn't good enough. At 4 PM the office called and said they would now change my medication and send the script through. Do I have any pain medication tonight? Oh heck no. They walked off the job and no one bothered to hit send. So tomorrow I get to start again asking how long until someone, anyone will bother to hit send. I called the main line for after hours to be informed I would get a call in the next 24 hrs. Geez thanks. No point in having an after hours phone service if they are not going to inform the doctor of something as small as hit the stinking send button. So tomorrow we will see if I will get medication or go the entire weekend without it. Since everything is crazy there I asked can we carry a script to the pharmacy ourselves? NOPE!!! So they don't allow you to carry a scrip either.

The office visit had a long wait time, but the staff was great. The office is nice and clean, the lobby area was also very comfortable and it had coffee and snacks for the clients. It was a good visit.

I've been seeing Dr. Crawford for maybe 4-5 months now, and every appointment she's great! I think she's the perfect doctor for me... But, I hate the fact that not a single appointment has been on time. I've waited in there waiting area on average for an hour to an hour and a half past my appointment time every single visi... honestly it's ridiculous and extremely unprofessional!!! If your staff cannot figure out how to properly place appointments then you're clearly overbooked (a quick Google search shows that this is a ongoing problem) Now my last visit I got to see I believe it was Dr. Garcia who after 1 appointment suggested I have my surgeon Release Me so that Texas Pain Group can do a new surgery, but said he couldn't give me any details until after I was released from the surgeon. This physician also didn't carry a prescription pad and said to come back Monday to get my prescriptions. I've been out of my medication since Tuesday with no effort to get me my prescriptions in a timely manner. I also asked the staff for a supervisors number, I was told she would call me... it's been 5 days and still no call. I cannot stand when people waste that much of my day for something that should take a 10-20 mins for my appointment and to write down my prescriptions and hand to me.

Ive been going to TPR for a year & they've taken pretty good care of me so far. Their referrals are slow & i prefer seeiing the dr as ipposed to nurse practitioner but other than that its fine.

doctor is wonderful. she is very familiar with my unique problem. is genuinely interested in helping me unlike past doctors that made me feel like they weren't familiar with my history. I would recommend Texas pain relief group to anyone that has chronic pain.
