I wouldn't return to him. I felt he thought my pain/injury was funny and actually had the audacity to ask me if I had done it to myself on purpose. He was arrogant the whole visit and said things like "awww you're a little gimp". I don't know if that's his idea of a sense of humor, but I didn't find it funny. It came off as condescending and belittling. He seriously treated me like I was stupid. The whole session pissed me off. He needs to work on his bedside manners because I don't appreciate the way he treated me at all. I was there for help and all he basically did was make fun of me the whole session. I'd never recommend him to anyone.

Dr Willis is a great doctor . He actually listens to you and get you where you need to be. Him and the staff are hands down the best. Glad I was referred to him.

You can always tell when a pain Dr. Has decided not to help you before you even see him. He never requested urine to test prior to seeing him. All pain Dr's do that. Then he proceeds to tell me, he does injections and doesn't like to prescribe anything but morphine for chronic pain patients. I tell him that I don't react well to morphine, he doesn't care. He blows me off saying he won't give me anything but morphine, with my insurance. It would seem he only wants to do injections. That's where the money is, not in writing Rx's. Thanks for nothing Dr. A long drive and a paranoid Dr. Do no harm I guess equates to, do no good either. I'm a professional and can see BS when it's being told to me. So, in conclusion, unless you need lots of expensive and worthless injections, don't waste your time going to him.

This doctor lacks professionalism by being argumentative with patients. Charles failed to fully and proper treat my injuries. I was scheduled for a knee injection however wasn't provided any anesthesia! I was screaming hysterically and went into a panic attack. I had to be given oxygen due to the trauma caused by the pain affiliated with injection. He made allegations that l wasn't really in pain/injured because l have not elected to have invasive back or knee surgery.

Dr Willis is not very helpful for his patients he is argumentative sides with workers comp I feel he rips them off you are in his exam rm. Less than 5 min he doesn't ck heart beat blood pressure nothing but drug tests I got a lot of explanation of benefits that didn't look right. When the idiot that did my pier review said I'm judt fine he did ehat they said and would not stick up for me with WC which he could do but that would be too much work. I'm 42 been hurt 9 yrs 2 back surgeries still in terrible pain. Why? If he's a pain mgt dr why I'm I disabled find a better Dr

I love his bedside manner. He is always courteous, prompt, and always so chipper. His staff is for the most part efficient however there have been some issues with follow-up on certain things from his staff and getting medications filled through mail-order pharmacy. However, I am not sure which side that problem lies on. I would highly recommend Dr. Willis. I have been a patient for almost 2 years and have never experienced Dr. Willis having what I would consider a "bad day." He always seems glad to have you in his office.
