Excellent. I'm very satisfy with the good news of him taking off my broken simulator that is hurting my back more than before and it's causing me discomfort and pain.

I was seeing pain management out in Wesley Chapel but there is no leadership and when you're in the room with the doctor there are continuous interruptions and you end up repeating yourself. That's why I decided to try a different doctor. My first visit was yesterday, at first, the doctor didn't listen to me and didn't ask the right questions. He assumed. I know I am not the pain management doctor but I have a lot of ideas and questions and I should be listened to and my questions should be answered in a professional way, not a defensive way. In general pain management, doctors are arrogant and think they know everything. They don't. Every patient is different, one drug might work for some people but that doesn't mean it will work for everyone. When a patient says I've already tried that and it didn't work why would the doctor just look at you hand you the prescription say it was nice meeting you and walk out. Instead of trying to help you when you're in constant pain. The staff is great and I don't say that lightly. Kind, considerate, and most importantly they listen to what you have to say.

Got an injection, and this time hit the spot dead on and has helped me greatly. Very pleased with my last visit. Getting my MRIs and records up to date to further fix my issues.

The staff and doctors are great. They always do a great job listening and answering any questions. And even though it took a year to get a procedure approved, they worked diligently with me and insurance. Would recommend.

I feel the need to update this after finding out that the deception and intentional cruelty goes all the way to the top. After speaking to the head doctor of the practice, Dr. Rivera I believe his name was, I felt like he was genuinely sorry for the way they lied to me. I told him I didnt want to go back to my doctors office because of everything so, I have to find a new practice. He apologized, even gave me a discharge paper saying it was their fault and I did nothing wrong, and told me he would help me if it took too long to find a new practice. So, when i called him earlier about sending in my last prescription, he was incredibly rude and told me he never said that. Then, he hung up on me. Mind you, I am already late for the prescription because I didnt want to deal with them again. But I get lied to and hung up on. Yet again, there are witnesses and video proof of their lies. I've never seen a place so poorly ran with so many crooks and liars. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Oh, they also still have my money from my appointment that they did nothing for. Seems like theft by deception to me. I'm needing to speak to the person in charge, the highest doctor or highest in office. I have been a patient of Dr. Medina for months now. I have done everything I was told to do and followed all the rules. I found out yesterday that I am now being left to suffer because his office was sending prescriptions over for me, in another doctors name that is in partner with you. His office staff spoke with the pharmacist directly and gave them the prescription in Dr. Leals name, but gave them Dr. Medinas DEA numbers. Something I found out after speaking with the pharmacy manager today when his office tried claiming they didn't speak to them or send it. I stood in Dr. Medinas office, on camera, when his assistant gave the numbers to the pharmacy manager. Something that can be verified from video. I should not have to suffer because they misused their own power and are now trying to cover it up. I'm getting no where with the office and my next step is going to a lawyer and the public. I need to hear back as soon as possible. I wish I could go into detail all the horrors this practice has caused but there's a word limit. DO NOT GO HERE OR TRUST THEM

Finally a doctor that listens! His thinking is not to redo the exact same things I've already had done over the past 20 years and to do something new! Most doctors want to redo the same injections because, "I have not done it my way!" his approach to pain management is revolutionary! I've had over 8 different pain doctors in my time after being injured in Iraq, and each one wanted to try doing the same thing their way. Each time it failed just like the proficient doctor before them. I'm actually looking forward to seeing how his approach works!

BEYOND AWEFUL! MALPRACTICE Tried to reach him 5 times, for over a week, before he called me. I was beyond livid and told him so, "He Then HUNG UP ON ME." Called him back. He kept saying, "Hurry up!" I have been an RN for 30 years, years in an Emergency Room. Have never encountered such apathy! I told him I was a critical care RN doing critical home care visits. He said,"Oh you work in a nursing home." I do not! He said you don't understand medicine today. I know on call MD, calls back FIRST X

Dr Medina has been very helpful and understanding. He really does try and not only treat the symptoms but also fix the cause. I saw the PA yesterday and though she tried to help my insurance doesn't cover what she gave. I called the office to request a change and though its been over 24 hrs. I'm hopeful something will be sent to pharmacy soon.
